Position: Associate Director of Operations The Associate Director of Operations, under the supervision of the Director of Program Services, is responsible for the management of operational functions including food service, housekeeping, repairs and improvements, transportation, and linen and supply. Safe Dwelling II is a facility that provides comprehensive services and safe, anonymous housing for individuals and their children experiencing domestic violence. To learn more about the program, visit Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and five years of relevant experience, including two years in a supervisory capacity. Excellent communication skills, word processing and spreadsheet computer skills. Candidates with related experience with domestic violence preferred. Principal Responsibilities Manage assigned departments for quality operational services. Ensure facility complies with all applicable laws and regulations; coordinate with funder on assigned projects. Manage department staff. Manage department budget and purchasing activities.
