About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse at Parkview Care Center, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and developing individualized care plans. You will also work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes. With a focus on quality care and compassion, you will empower our patients to live their best lives.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and progress
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
