Employment Law Specialist & Investigations Lead
Burlington Coat Factory of TX, Inc.
Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Legal Specialist to partner with attorneys and support paralegal functions across employment matters. You will assist with investigations, drafting, discovery, and litigation support, under attorney supervision.
The role requires strong drafting, analytical writing, and organizational skills, plus 5–7 years in a large firm or in-house team with California employment law experience. Travel to stores and HQ may be required.
