Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license in Delaware (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Previous experience in school-based settings is highly valued
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
• Compassion for working with diverse student populations and collaborating with educators, families, and support teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments to determine students’ needs
• Create individualized treatment plans and document progress toward IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both individually and in group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop strategies supporting classroom success
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations and documentation as required
