Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Effective organization, time management, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify speech, language, voice, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to foster student growth
• Deliver therapy and remediation sessions in accordance with IEPs and educational goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary staff for effective student support
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, therapy sessions, progress notes, and reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and relevant school activities
