What You’ll Do: Serve as the first voice clients hear — answering inbound calls with professionalism and warmth Conduct outbound client follow-up to confirm appointments and gather required documentation Assemble estate planning document binders for client meetings Attend initial client meetings and capture detailed notes for the legal team Enter client data into WealthCounsel with 98%+ accuracyScan and upload executed documents into Everplans per confidentiality protocols What We’re Looking For: Exceptional phone presence and client communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Reliable, punctual, and deeply accountable A genuine drive to grow and build a professional career Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred but not required Your Growth Path: This Level One role is the foundation of a clear three-level career ladder within our firm.
