Responsibilities
- Perform specialized mammography examinations of the breast to aid diagnosis and treatment
- Operate and monitor specialized mammography equipment; position patients and ensure proper technique to obtain high-quality images
- Apply clinical judgment to image quality, patient safety, and workflow, following department protocols
- Document procedures, process and route images for interpretation, and ensure correct labeling and image storage
- Communicate with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and maintain comfort and privacy
- Collaborate with the radiology team and referring clinicians to support accurate diagnostic outcomes and patient care

Requirements
- Ability to perform mammography imaging procedures and operate related equipment
- Strong patient care and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of radiation safety principles and standard infection control practices
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, with daytime shifts
- Legal right to work in the United States
