Construction Project Manager

Role Description This is a full-time position for a Project Manager located in Monterey, CA. The Project Managerleads high-end custom residential projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is hands‑on and collaborative, working closely with clients, architects, field teams, and trade partners to deliver detailed, well‑executed homes. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of their projects, lead positively, and grow with a company that approaches construction differently. We’re looking for someone who cares about the details and communicates well with both the field and the office. Technical Skills Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and cost tracking Proficiency in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Google Suite applications, DropBox, and Fieldwire. Knowledge of preconstruction, estimating, and project documentation Leadership & Management Skills Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to self-reflect and learn from mistakes. Detail-oriented and solution-driven. Adaptable to different teaching methods. Eagerness to learn and improve systems. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Professional and collaborative with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
