- Direct overall program execution and compliance with contract requirements.
- Manage staffing, resource allocation, and training.
- Oversee scheduling, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Conduct risk management, performance reviews, and quality control.
- Coordinate reporting and communication with the client and subcontractors.
- Leadership and team management
- Project/contract financial and schedule oversight
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
- Education: BA/BS with 5+ years OR AA/AS with 7+ years.
- Certifications: PMP, IAT II (Security+, CySA+, CND, or SSCP), CE/OS certification.
- Experience: 5-7 years in contract/program management.
- Technical Screening: Familiarity with DoD IT governance, configuration management, and enterprise network sustainment.
