Saw Operator

Job Duties Key Obsessions: Operate Equipment Efficiently Operate and maintain saw equipment to support production schedules and fabrication needs. Handle, move, and deliver material using forklifts or other material handling equipment. Accurately record partmovement and material usage in the ERP system. Monitor equipment performance and adjust processes to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime. Produce Quality Parts Ensure cut parts meet dimensional and visual specifications. Identify and record issues in SharePoint to support corrective action workflows. Support team members by contributing to efficient and accurate fabrication processes. Communicate quality concerns proactively to prevent defects and maintain high standards. Maintain Equipment and Safety Perform routine preventive maintenance on saw equipment and report issues promptly. Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and safety. Identify potential safety hazards or equipment issues and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
