Pay Rate: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6 AM - 4:30 PM

What It Takes to Run with the Pros

• Diploma or GED required; machining school is a solid advantage
• 2-3 years of experience operating, programming, and setting up Swiss CNC lathes
• Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling, feeds, and speeds
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience with micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
• Must be able to wear steel-toe shoes and adhere to a casual dress code
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Blueprint reading is a plus

What's Expected

• Set up and operate Swiss-style CNC lathes to produce high-precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Perform machine adjustments, offsets, and tool changes to ensure quality output
• Monitor production runs, inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain production efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete basic machine maintenance
• Document production data and collaborate with engineers and quality teams
