Pay Rate: $20.00+ per hour (based on experience)

Shift Options: 7 AM-5:30 PM or 4:30 PM-3 AM | Monday - Thursday

• GED or high school diploma required; tech school background preferred.
• 2+ years working directly on CNC lathes or mills.
• Solid understanding of blueprints, measurements, and part tolerances.

• Must be physically able to lift and stand for long periods.

CNC Operator Job Duties:

• Run CNC machines from start to finish - setup, operation, inspection.
• Read blueprints and adjust programs to meet exact tolerances.
• Inspect work using micrometers and calipers.
• Keep your station organized and the workflow steady.
