CRE Associate Attorney

A well‑established North Carolina firm is seeking a commercial real‑estate associate to join its Raleigh office. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a highly active real‑estate group on a range of sophisticated transactions. The associate will support matters involving acquisitions, development, financing, and leasing, with meaningful responsibility and direct client exposure. The group is known for a collaborative, team‑oriented approach and provides strong deal experience early on. Candidates should have solid real‑estate transactional experience, strong academic credentials, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment. An active North Carolina law license is required.
