Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level III/IV NICU environment with expected nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2–4
• Maintain clinical competency across acuity levels appropriate to a high-level neonatal intensive care setting
• Participate in a self-scheduling model, including expected weekend shifts (6 shifts per 6-week period)
• May be required to float between sister units or nearby facilities as operationally needed
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Maintain a valid RN license and adhere to all facility compliance and background standards

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
• All requested time off and scheduling needs must be submitted upfront at time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be accommodated
• Block scheduling is required for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level III or Level IV NICU experience strongly preferred
• Experience in a high-acuity children's hospital or pediatric trauma center setting
• Candidates open to extended contracts beyond 13 weeks are encouraged to apply
