Are you an experienced IBM Sterling professional with a strong blend of product ownership, business analysis, and supply chain expertise? We are seeking an accomplished IBM Sterling Product Owner to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise B2B integration and order management initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, drive digital transformation, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the product roadmap and backlog for IBM Sterling platform initiatives.
Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
Partner with development, QA, architecture, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure successful implementation and continuous enhancement of IBM Sterling solutions.
Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and integration teams to optimize business processes.
Define product vision, success metrics, and release priorities.
Support UAT, production deployments, and post-implementation improvements.
Drive stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience working with IBM Sterling solutions.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, Sterling Order Management (OMS), or related IBM Sterling products.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong understanding of supply chain, order management, EDI, and system integrations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and APIs.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD practices, and enterprise integration architecture.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.
Familiarity with retail, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution industries.
