Warehouse/Forklift Operator

We have a Warehouse Operator opening for the kind of person who can solve complex problems. If you have a real "can do" attitude, and you’re the kind of self-starter that understands what's required and goes and makes it happen, then this is the job for you! Job Description Do you like solving puzzles and making sure your work area is always neat and orderly? Do you want to work independently, but as a part of a bigger team? Thinker – You are a fast and conceptual thinker and you can quickly and accurately add, subtract, multiply and divide in your head. Punctual – Like a Swiss clock. You are a person who is capable of meeting deadlines and showing up to work on time. Flexible – You do well with changing demands; this is a job where a quick response and flexibility are important. You gotta be able to roll with the punches and change on the fly. Achiever – You get things done, especially when others say you can’t! Observant – You will need to be constantly observant and aware of your surroundings to keep yourself and your co‑workers safe. Qualifications Experience operating counter‑balance and stand‑up high‑reach forklifts to move product/pallets throughout the warehouse and to load/unload trucks. You will be using RF scan guns for all inventory transactions. All individuals are responsible for keeping a clean and safe work environment. How much will you make? We start our Warehouse Operators at around $12–13 per hour, but starting pay will vary by experience and your skill level is the biggest differentiator in pay. This is a first shift position working 7am – about 3:30pm (out times will vary according to customer needs). At times, overtime and weekend work is required.
