Restaurant Shift Leader
Birdcall is a rapidly growing, hip fast casual restaurant offering an all-natural, healthy dining experience with made to order food that our guests love. Community is truly the heart and soul of everything we do at Birdcall. That's why we created our ONE PERCENT initiative to donate 1% of our sales back into the local communities that we are fortunate enough to be a part of.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and working in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members. We are a fast-growing company, opening new locations and concepts each year which provides ample opportunity for growth.
Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age
- 1+ year restaurant leadership experience
- Reliable transportation required
- An ability to lead and supervise peers High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
- Passion for the business and compassion for people
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to obtain TX alcohol service permit.
- ServSafe Certified preferred
