Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate Sam's Club #4952 2000 Village Center Dr Tarentum, PA 15084-3844 Salary: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour* Full time, shifts may vary Position Summary Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We’ll also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. You won’t just prepare fresh food—you’ll help a family have a great meal. What You'll Do Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with the team; be flexible to other areas. Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future productions; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment. Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind. Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the area; manage high exposure and expectations; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers and attend to customer needs. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience in meat area and modeling high quality service and products; execute basics at the highest possible level of quality; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans; use the Open Door Policy; apply these in business processes and practices. Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; adapt to and learn from change. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Successfully complete all required job training and assessments within a prescribed time period.
