We’re looking for a QC Supervisor who’s both a hands‑on technical expert and a strong leader. This role manages the daily operations of our QC Laboratory - leading testing, method development, and data review while ensuring full cGMP compliance. What You’ll Do Overseeallanalyticaltestingformanufacturing,release,andstability. ReviewandinterpretHPLC,GC,andwetchemistrydataincompliancewithcGMP. Conductandsupportlaboratoryinvestigations,CAPA,andchangecontrols. Ensurlabsafety,dataintegrity,andadherencetoFDAandICHguidelines. Collaboratecross-functionallytoresolvequality-relatedissuesquickly. DevelopandmentorQCstaffthroughtrainingandperformancedevelopment. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’sdegreeinChemistryorarelatedscientificfield. 2+yearsinasupervisoryormanagementroleinapharmaceuticalQClab. StrongexperiencewithEmpower3,HPLC,GC,andwetchemistry. Provenleadership,training,andcoachingskills. Excellentproblem-solving,documentation,andcommunicationabilities.
