CNA - LTC/SNF

Job Summary:
Provide essential patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Support clinical staff by assisting with daily living activities and maintaining patient comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Observe and document patient conditions and report any significant changes to nursing staff.
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Support clinical team with mobility and repositioning of residents.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to facility policies at all times.
• Exhibit professionalism by wearing proper identification and photo badges.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Ability to obtain and provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate compassion and patience when caring for patients.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to work every other weekend as required.
