Senior Account Management Associate

Owning the onboarding and ongoing success of employers with fewer than 3,000 employees, the full-time remote Senior Account Management Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring a seamless experience and promoting the Rula benefit through collaboration with various internal teams. Key responsibilities Manage the onboarding process and support employers in navigating the Employer Portal Deliver customized communications and support employer campaigns to enhance engagement with the Rula benefit Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role Experience in a B2B organization, preferably in employee benefits, healthcare, or SaaS Proven ability to partner with employee benefits brokers and consultants to drive successful customer outcomes Experience managing a portfolio of customer relationships effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions with external partners #J-18808-Ljbffr Path CCM, Inc. d/b/a Rula Health
