Senior Business Analyst , AVP

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, quality assurance teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of complex technology initiatives. What you will be responsible for As a Senior Business Analyst, you will: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Define functional and non-functional business requirements for technology initiatives. Create detailed technical specifications and requirements documentation for development teams. Serve as a liaison between business users and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases. Perform system integration testing and regression testing. Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities and stakeholder sign-off. Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Assist in release planning and post-deployment validation activities. Maintain project artifacts, requirements documentation, and testing evidence. Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience in business analysis, systems analysis, software testing, or technology delivery. Experience defining business requirements and creating technical specifications. Experience supporting large-scale software application projects. Strong understanding of software testing and quality assurance practices. Experience within financial services, investment management, or capital markets. Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
