McKinney Summit Park About The Role The Community Coordinator is the heart of the member experience — the first impression, the go-to problem solver, and the energy behind our daily operations. You’ll manage front desk operations, support sales and marketing efforts, and ensure every member and guest feels welcomed, supported, and inspired. What You’ll Do Be the friendly face that greets members and guests while maintaining a polished, professional front desk experience. Manage member onboarding, move-ins/outs, mail, and key access with accuracy and efficiency. Respond to member requests within hours and follow through until issues are resolved. Keep conference rooms, cafés, and common areas clean, stocked, and event-ready. Support marketing by posting engaging social media content and coordinating community events. Assist with billing, collections, and member data management in collaboration with the Community Manager. Prepare hand-crafted coffee beverages and ensure the café area maintains the Foster hospitality standard. Help create memorable experiences — from tours and events to daily operations — that reflect the Foster brand. What Success Looks Like Members consistently rate their experience as excellent. The workspace looks and feels five-star at all times. Events are well-attended and foster real community connections. Operations, billing, and reporting are handled accurately and on time. The Community Manager and members see you as a reliable, proactive partner. What We’re Looking For Warm, professional communicator with excellent attention to detail. Previous hospitality, coworking, or customer service experience preferred. Organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using basic office software and social media tools. Passion for people, teamwork, and creating great experiences.
