Facilities - Upholsterer II - FT

Job Title

Responsible for performing necessary skills and demonstrating knowledge relating to upholstering skills to ensure the property is maintained, and to provide a positive guest experience.

High school diploma or GED with a minimum of three to five (3-5) years experience in upholstery recovering, sewing, wood furniture repairs and working with fabrics and patterns, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral vision and depth perception. Routine standing and walking, frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and carrying/handling/moving weights of up to 75 pounds are required.
