Leasing Agent - Commission Sales | Unlimited Earning Potential

FIRST 90 DAYS: $22/hr - paid hourly, learn the role on our dime.
AFTER TRAINING: $3,800/month guaranteed income floor + unlimited commission per unit leased. No cap. No ceiling. You decide how much you make!

We're a locally trusted property management company based in Westport, KC. We managing a variety of multifamily communities across the Kansas City metro. We're looking for driven closers who want to be paid for their results, not their tenure.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

This is a high-activity, client-facing sales role. You will be moving, connecting, and closing every single day.

• Work leads - respond to inquiries via phone, text, and email with speed and urgency
• Tour prospects - show available homes across the KC metro and create a standout experience
• Drive applications - screen, evaluate, and push qualified applicants forward fast
• Close the deal - prep and send leases, guide new residents through signing
• Own your pipeline - follow up consistently and keep every lead moving

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don't need a real estate license or years of experience. You need drive, reliability, and the right mindset.

• Motivated by goals, metrics, and the satisfaction of closing a deal
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable building rapport quickly
• Organized and able to manage a busy, shifting schedule independently
• Strong communicator - in person, on the phone, and in writing
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation (required)
• Background in customer service or sales preferred

SCHEDULE & WORK STYLE

• Full-time - operating window is 7am–7pm, 7 days a week
• Your specific schedule is finalized after training; flexibility and availability are valued
• Field-based role with scheduled office time at our Westport location
