We are offering a $5,000.00 sign-on bonus for full-time (40 hours) 11p-7p RN positions, effective July 29, 2026.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Join our dynamic team at AdviniaCare Waterview Villa, a premier provider of senior lifestyle and care services, as a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse. As a nurse at AdviniaCare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our residents in a supportive and dynamic environment.


3p-11p shift, and 11p-7a shifts needed.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time and full-time basis. You will be responsible for providing skilled nursing services to residents in our assisted living and skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for each resident, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing services to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and services

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous learning and professional growth

  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and services

Requirements

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Rhode Island

  • Experience as a Registered Nurse

  • Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care
