Job Description Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Real Estate/Corporate Associate or Counsel with 5-10 years of experience to join our Client's dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of representing companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in sophisticated real estate and corporate matters. With offices in Boston, Connecticut, New York, Philadelphia, Washington, DC, and Florida, our Client represent clients throughout the United States and globally on a wide range of sophisticated and complex matters, including defending Fortune 500 institutions, facilitating technology commercialization, and preserving family wealth. Qualifications 5-10 years of relevant experience in real estate law, with substantial focus on commercial leasing and corporate real estate matters. Demonstrated experience managing complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing. Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
