Job Overview A law firm seeks a senior associate or counsel to join its Real Estate practice in Boston, Connecticut, or New York. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in sophisticated real estate matters, focusing on commercial leasing, franchise, and distribution. Duties Draft and negotiate commercial leases. Manage acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties. Represent franchisees in agreements, renewals, and transfers. Handle acquisition of assets and general corporate tasks. Requirements 5-10 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent academic credentials. Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction. Highly motivated and detail-oriented. Proficient in drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
