With facilities located across the nation, our employees appreciate the work-life balance we promote and the understanding we show when life's unexpected moments arise.This is a full-time position with approximately 20% travel, supporting multi-state clinical operations while maintaining flexibility and balance.As Director of Subspecialty Services, you lead our specialty consult programs in the post-acute setting-distinct from internal medicine-shaping how subspecialty care reaches skilled nursing and assisted living residents. In this Regional Clinical Director role, you guide the design, launch, and expansion of consult services across specialties such as cardiology, pulmonology, and nephrology, while working daily with physician specialists, executive leaders, NPs, PAs, and facility teams. You define clinical protocols, oversee quality metrics, mentor providers, and manage multi-site operations. You monitor dashboards, ensure CMS and state compliance, and lead root-cause analyses when needed.
