Job Summary

The role involves overseeing and leading the financial operations and strategy of the organization. The individual will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity, optimizing financial performance, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of financial principles, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning to drive the organization's financial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and financial reporting functions in accordance with GAAP.
• Oversee general ledger, financial statements, and month-end/year-end close processes.
• Manage depreciation and amortization schedules, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise payroll processing, benefits accounting, and related tax reporting.
• Direct banking relationships, cash flow management, and treasury operations.
• Administer corporate insurance programs and risk management strategies.
• Ensure accurate preparation and filing of sales taxes and other indirect taxes.
• Coordinate and manage worker's compensation audits and reporting.
• Oversee all required state and regulatory filings across jurisdictions.
• Manage financial operations for multiple entities, including intercompany transactions.
• Lead consolidation of financial statements across multi-company structures.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
• Utilize Excel and financial software (including QuickBooks) for reporting, analysis, and system optimization.
• Drive implementation and integration of AI tools to enhance financial forecasting, automation, and decision-making.
• Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning and business growth.
