Call Center RepresentativeUnder the direct supervision of the Call Center Supervisor, incumbent is responsible for scheduling Medical and/or Dental and/or Optometry appointments.Minimal Qualifications:Education: High School Graduate or GEDExperience: 18 months scheduling appointments in an office environment or Call Center experience. Bilingual: English/Spanish required.Skills: Self-starter. Detail oriented. Computer literate.
