Build Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain app build and release processes across mobile, console, and PC platforms.
• Execute and improve storefront management tooling for reliable delivery.
• Improve build and release pipelines and write tools that empower engineering teams.
• Automate engineering build requirements and support rapid testing solutions.
• Coordinate releases with Production and Live-Ops teams.
• Document automation, release processes, and pipelines.
• Assist with managing development and deployment branches and environments.

Requirements

• Knowledge of build and release principles, source control, branch management, and build testing.
• Scripting and automation skills with Python or a similar language.
• Solid understanding of continuous integration.
• Experience with automated build systems such as Jenkins or equivalent.
• Experience with task-tracking software.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• C++ background and experience.
• Experience testing or developing REST APIs is preferred.
• Experience with Google Play, App Store, or other storefronts is preferred.
• Experience with AI tooling, Windows, macOS, Linux, or Ansible is preferred.
