General Manager | High-Profile Hospitality & Entertainment Destination We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-profile, high-volume hospitality destination entering an exciting new chapter of growth and evolution. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day operations across a large, fast-paced, multi-concept hospitality environment Create a hospitality-first culture focused on memorable guest experiences Maintain a highly visible presence and lead from the floor Manage the full P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, labor, COGS, and expense management Partner with culinary operators, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive performance Identify opportunities to increase revenue, traffic, guest engagement, and repeat visitation Support private events, programming, activations, and other revenue-generating initiatives Recruit, coach, motivate, and develop a strong management and front-line team Establish clear operating standards and accountability across the organization Use business results and guest feedback to continually improve operations and performance Help build stronger connections between the venue and the surrounding community What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate brings 7–10+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience and has successfully managed a complex, high-volume operation. Experience could come from food and beverage, restaurants, food halls, hotels, entertainment venues, lifestyle hospitality, mixed-use destinations, event-driven businesses, or other high-volume experiential concepts. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who: Has strong financial and business acumen with meaningful P&L responsibility Understands how to drive both revenue and operational efficiency Is an exceptional people leader who can build culture, accountability, and engagement Thrives in a busy environment with multiple revenue streams and competing priorities Has experience managing vendor, operator, or partner relationships Understands labor management, inventory controls, POS systems, and financial reporting Can lead effectively through change, transition, and growth Is proactive, resourceful, and quick to identify opportunities and solve problems Genuinely loves hospitality, food, entertainment, culture, and creating memorable experiences Why This Opportunity This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from an office.
