This is a high-visibility, player-coach role where your technical credibility matters just as much as your leadership.

What You'll Own

• Lead and develop a team of commercial HVAC technicians
• Serve as the go-to technical expert in the field
• Oversee service operations, scheduling, and execution
• Partner cross-functionally with ops, leadership, and customers
• Drive performance, accountability, and culture across the team

✅ Non-Negotiables

• Commercial HVAC experience REQUIRED (no residential-only backgrounds)
• Hands-on background as an HVAC technician (must have come up through the tools)
• Prior leadership experience (Service Manager, Supervisor, or Lead Tech)
• Strong troubleshooting + technical expertise
• Comfortable balancing field presence + office leadership

We're hiring a Junior Estimator to join a fast-paced, growing mechanical team where you'll gain hands-on exposure to bids, takeoffs, and project costing across large-scale commercial projects.

Perfect for someone hungry, detail-oriented, and ready to learn.

What You'll Do

• Assist with HVAC/mechanical estimates and proposals
• Perform quantity takeoffs and review plans/specs
• Support bid preparation and pricing strategy
• Collaborate with project and field teams

✅ Non-Negotiables

• Background or exposure to HVAC, mechanical, or construction
• Experience (or internship) with estimating, takeoffs, or plans/specs
• Strong Excel and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical environment

Nice-to-Have

• Mechanical or construction-related degree
• Experience with estimating software or project tools
