Edinburgh Health & Social Care Partnership Personal Assistant An exciting opportunity has arisen for a person with highly developed interpersonal, communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills to provide Personal Assistant (PA) support to the Head of Service, Home First Community Rehabilitation and Reablement management team and for the Senior Managers of the services within Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership. This post requires the candidate to work with both NHS Lothian and the City of Edinburgh Council colleagues and Services. Responsibilities The post will require the successful candidate to undertake a wide range of administrative and PA duties including diary management and attendance at meetings to record and produce minutes and action notes. You will deal with a wide range of individuals at varying levels within and outside the organisation, providing information, directing and prioritising queries as appropriate, to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery. The hours of this post are 36, Permanent , and will be worked Monday to Friday. The post is office‑based within the Council building, Southeast Locality Office, Captain’s Road, Edinburgh.
