What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers

• Delivering compassionate, personalized care that promotes dignity and independence

• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families

• Monitoring residents' well-being and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team

• Encouraging participation in daily activities and community life

• Collaborating with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional resident care

• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

• High School Diploma or GED

• Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, memory care, or senior living is preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding resident care

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
