Job Description: As a Customer Retention Specialist - State Farm Agent Team Member, you'll be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: Engaging with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Providing friendly and efficient assistance with policy inquiries, updates, and claims. Utilizing digital tools and platforms to connect with a younger demographic.
