Pay : We offer our Employee Experience Specialist - HR Generalist a competitive salary of $60,000–$70,000 per year .

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As our Employee Experience Specialist - HR Generalist, you'll support daily HR operations by managing employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, and maintaining a professional and consistent employee experience. You'll oversee benefits administration, helping employees understand available options and ensuring accuracy in enrollment and support processes. Additionally, you'll manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance and timely resolution.

At least 4 years of recent experience in the Human Resources field is preferred.
