Original Ventures is seeking a high‑drive, part‑time Leasing Agent to support our growing salon suite locations. This is not a passive, sit‑and‑wait sales role. It’s for someone who loves the chase, understands that consistent follow‑up wins deals, and takes ownership of their pipeline from first inquiry to signed lease. This position is ideal for someone seeking evening and weekend hours who wants flexibility paired with upside earning potential through hourly pay plus commission. If you’re energized by connecting with people, giving tours, building relationships, and closing, you’ll thrive here. You’ll serve as the face of your designated location—guiding prospective Partners (tenants) through the leasing journey while also acting as the liaison between on‑site Partners and our home office. Your effort drives occupancy. Your consistency drives your commission. Your organization drives your success.
