Job Description:
The Senior Strategist will develop innovative, full-funnel paid media and integrated marketing strategies focused on measurable revenue impact, lead generation, and account-based marketing (ABM).

Job Summary:

• Provide strategic oversight and direction for paid and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Develop full-funnel strategies that complement content, PR, and existing marketing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities beyond traditional Google, Meta, and LinkedIn advertising.
• Build lead generation and ABM strategies for targeted and finite customer audiences.
• Translate client business goals, acquisition targets, and cost-per-acquisition requirements into actionable campaign strategies.
• Recommend appropriate digital and non-digital channels, including opportunities such as direct mail and other integrated tactics.
• Guide internal execution teams without necessarily owning day-to-day campaign implementation.
• Evaluate campaign performance based on revenue and business outcomes, not solely lead volume.
• Present strategic recommendations, campaign plans, and performance insights directly to clients.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation and technology to improve campaign efficiency and scalability.

Minimum Requirements:

• Senior-level paid media or performance marketing strategy experience.
• Proven ability to develop full-funnel lead generation and ABM strategies.
• Strong understanding of revenue-based ROI, acquisition costs, and business performance metrics.
• Hands-on execution background with paid advertising campaigns.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Broad marketing knowledge beyond traditional paid digital channels.
• Experience developing integrated campaigns that combine digital and non-digital tactics.
• Ability to take a client business challenge and create a measurable acquisition strategy around defined revenue or cost targets.
• Marketing automation and/or campaign automation experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience providing direction to campaign execution teams.
• Strong client-facing presentation and communication skills.

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Education industry experience.
• Experience marketing to defined or limited B2B audiences, including school districts or similar organizations.
• Experience with Optmyzr or similar paid media automation/optimization platforms.
• Experience using scripting or automation to manage advertising accounts at scale.
• Experience with ChatGPT-related advertising or AI-driven marketing strategies.
