Global Clinical Trainer - Cardiac Rhythm Management

Abbott seeks a Global Clinical Trainer for Cardiac Rhythm Management based in Austin, TX. The role delivers training on cardiac rhythm products to internal teams and healthcare professionals worldwide, ensuring safe product adoption and supporting market launches through scalable, innovative education programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual, hybrid, and in-person training to U.S. commercial field teams and internal customers on cardiac rhythm management products
• Partner with instructional design to develop, update, and adapt training materials based on analysis data
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to plan and execute launch training for new products and therapies
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for Global Trainers and Education Specialists prior to product launches
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback to improve content and delivery methods

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, medical field, or equivalent education and work experience
• Minimum 3 years of cardiac rhythm management experience with field experience in cardiac pacing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to diverse audiences
• Knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, and cardiac electrophysiology procedures
• Adult education and training experience, preferably with medical sales staff, physicians, or allied health professionals
• Experience creating multimedia, experiential content for blended learning and virtual environments
• Ability to work in matrixed organizations and geographically diverse environments
