• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing modalities best suited to promote the personal growth and healing of each client, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Establish and collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients, consistently monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments during treatment.

• Provide accessible teletherapy services to clients who may face geographical or logistical barriers, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to receive high-quality mental health care.

• Ensure documentation of client interactions is accurate and timely, maintaining compliance with ethical standards and regulatory practices.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enrich your clinical skills and keep abreast of new trends and research in the mental health field.

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, primarily focusing on individuals grappling with challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties. Our practice emphasizes building lasting therapeutic relationships, prioritizing safety, trust, and empathetic understanding.

• A current and valid license in the state of Virginia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and foster a safe therapeutic environment for clients.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental stance toward clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities to successfully manage your caseload and complete administrative responsibilities.
