Front Desk Agent

Job Description

Shifts available (pick one or both):

1st shift: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
2nd shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, plus every other weekend

What you will do:

Check guests in and out and handle payments
Answer phones and respond to guest needs
Keep the lobby and front desk clean and organized
Handle cash accurately and complete end-of-shift paperwork
Communicate with housekeeping and management so rooms turn over on time

What we require:

You must be able to work your scheduled shifts, every shift, on time
Reliable transportation
Basic computer skills and a friendly, professional attitude
Ability to stay calm and handle difficult situations
Must be 21 or older

Nice to have, but not required:

Hotel or customer service experience. We will train the right person.

Also hiring: Housekeeping
We are open to housekeeping applicants too.
