About the role As the company’s first HR FTE, NAD is seeking an individual who can effectively balance operational tasks with strategic thinking. You will be responsible for all HR administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. Your role will also involve supporting the company in all HR related matters to create a high-quality and attractive workspace. You will also lead our talent acquisition efforts, collaborating closely with hiring leads and managers to attract and hire top talent for Nordic Air Defence. Your initial responsibilities would include (but not limited to) the following: Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting and hiring top talent. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding working with managers to understand skills and competencies required. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations with emphasis on worker safety. Independently and partnered with leaders increase organisational effectiveness, drive HR initiatives and support organisational development. Perform routine tasks within the HR function such as payroll and vacation planning. Your Profile NAD is looking for a team player who is self-driven, hands‑on, and free from prestige. Defence technology requires the highest standards of integrity, and previous experience will be considered meritorious. Other manufacturing and product focused experience. Qualifications University degree within HR, Business or comparable experiences. Proven experience as an HR Generalist/HRBP or in a similar role. Experience in coordinating or managing projects related to the development and implementation of processes and routines. Experience and skills in HR practices, labour law, negotiation, and recruitment/talent acquisition, especially from a global perspective preferably within the industrial sector.
