What you'll do

This is hands-on, patient-centered work where your presence matters.

• Help patients with day-to-day care like bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
• Take vital signs and notice changes, then speak up so patients get what they need quickly
• Support safe movement: walking, repositioning, getting in and out of bed
• Be a steady, reassuring presence for patients and families
• Keep rooms stocked and ready so care runs smoothly
• Document what you see and do, so the care team stays aligned
• Jump in where needed; each day may look different in the Float Pool

What you'll bring

• Active Washington State CNA certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) upon hire
• At least 1 year of CNA experience (SNF, hospital, or similar setting)
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• A genuine interest in patient care and comfort

Nice to have

If you've worked in a hospital setting or float environment before, you'll likely feel comfortable jumping in quickly, but it's not required. We know work-life balance matters, and this role offers flexibility and variety that can help you build a sustainable rhythm.
