Restaurant General Manager

Location: Corinth, Texa s

Work Setting: Quick service & fast food restaurant

Pay: $40,000 - $45,000 a year

Job Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As the General Manager, the expectation is of a leader dedicated to driving operational excellence through a memorable guest experience in Corinth, Texas. You would lead by example and provide guidance in the restaurant to all Team Members. Our General Managers are people-people passionate about helping their teams learn and grow every day. They are responsible for onboarding new members of the team and maintaining a positive work environment by cultivating a positive restaurant culture. The perfect candidate would be their restaurant’s brand champion and inspire their teams to deliver food cooked to perfection, made with love, and served with exceptional hospitality in Corinth, Texas.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of General Management experience, currently in the QSR industry, is required.
• MSc/MA in Business or relevant field, preferred.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations, and federal and state employment laws.
• Demonstrated success in financial management and people development.
• Must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, business development, and strategy implementation knowledge.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to sell, manage, and drive growth.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
• No education required
