We are currently seeking full-and part-time cooks at The Skinny Pancake in the Capital City of Montpelier, Vermont .

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform opening and closing duties
• Prepare and maintain a clean and safe work area
• Food prep, cooking, crepe spinning, and cleaning
• Handle multiple orders simultaneously so food is served together, and meet targeted ticket times
• Utilize recipes and portion control
• Follow sanitation procedures
• Perform general cleaning and restocking
• Washing dishes
• Deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests
• Balancing high volume with high quality
• Participating in ongoing training and development
• Work in a team-oriented, collaborative manner

Hospitality is a team sport, so cooks are expected to work the line spinning crepes, assist with dishwashing or prep work, and keep the restaurant clean-whatever is needed to provide an outstanding guest experience.
