restaurant.You are responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every Guest while building an engaging workplace where Team Members love coming to work.You set the standard for culture, position.The General Manager must regularly:Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours)Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 60 poundsBend, kneel, stoop, climb, and reach overheadWork in varying temperatures, including kitchen and walk-in cooler environmentsSafely operate restaurant equipmentCommunicate effectively with Guests and Team Members throughout each shiftReasonable accommodations preferably in Fast Casual or Quick ServiceProven leadership experience managing high-performing teamsExperience with hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance managementStrong understanding of restaurant financials including labor, food cost, and P&L managementFood Safety/ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)Proficient with restaurant technology and Microsoft OfficeAbility to travel
