STG Logistics

STG Logistics is seeking a National Customer Service Specialist (MonFri, 9:00 AM5:00 PM) in Dublin, OH 43017, USA. You will manage a dedicated customer portfolio, ensure on-time fulfillment, and resolve service issues with a customer-first mindset.

You will own the primary contact for customers, delivering proactive communication and striving for long-term customer success. 2 years relevant experience and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
