Head of Customer Outcomes

Ourclient is seeking a Head of Customer Operations to lead their Client Success team and deliver consistent outcomes that exceed customer expectations. This person is responsible for turning customers’ purchases into real, measurable results, and using that success to drive future growth. Job Title: Head of Customer Outcomes Location: Phoenix, AZ (on‑site four days per week) Pay Range: $150,000 base salary per year plus benefits What’s the Job? Build resource plans across concurrent projects, refine repeatable playbooks, and partner with Engineering when implementations need custom work. Build the framework that makes those outcomes visible to both internally for the company and externally for the customer, and close the gap when they diverge. Lead, develop, and grow the CSE team. Set the bar for how CSEs engage with customers, manage deployments, and drive adoption. Hire the next several CSEs as we scale. Run business reviews focused on outcomes delivered, not features shipped. See risks before they escalate. Work with Sales so that expansion conversations are grounded in proven value, not promises. Own the prioritization of customer feedback to Product. What’s Needed? 5+ years leading implementation, customer success, or professional services teams in B2B SaaS/enterprise software, with direct management of 5+ team members and experience supporting complex, high‑value enterprise accounts Outcome‑oriented leader who defines success by realized customer value, not just project milestones or go‑live completion Technically proficient in integrations, data workflows, and platform configurations; trusted advisor to both internal technical teams and customer engineering stakeholders AI‑fluent professional who actively uses AI tools and identifies ways to enhance customer success processes in an AI‑enabled environment Direct, candid communicator who delivers honest, fact‑based feedback to customers, sales, and internal teams, including addressing performance gaps and expansion readiness #J-18808-Ljbffr ManpowerGroup Global, Inc.
